LMS is a third party short sale facilitator and negotiator. We are a liaison between the seller, Listing and Buyer’s Agents, the title company, and the bank(s). We provide back office support for Real Estate Agents, so they spend their time concentrating on selling the home rather than sitting on hold with the bank for 2 hours every day. We also provide homeowner representation with the bank throughout the short sale process.


We are not a foreclosure related rescue service, nor are we a loan modification company. We do not claim that we can stop, slow down, or reverse a foreclosure. We work as a facilitator between the bank and homeowner to help negotiate the most favorable outcome available for all parties.
