Jeffrey S. Yablon, Attorney at Law: Jeffrey S. Yablon is a recognized practitioner in the real estate industry, and operates as a licensed attorney in the State of Maryland. Since 1995, Mr. Yablon has personally conducted over in excess of 10,000+ real estate transactions, involving just about every type of real estate configuration; from commercial to residential, short sale negotiation and modification agreements, foreclosure workouts, complex to simple transactions over a multi-state platform.  His expansive list of clients include: Banks, Mortgage Lenders and Brokers, Real Estate Brokers and Agents, Buyers, Sellers and Developers.

Jeff received his Bachelors Degree (BA) in Political Science from the State University of Binghamton in 1989 and his Juris Doctor (JD) from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg School of Law, Touro College in 1992 and was an associate editor of the Touro Law Review.

Diana Grueva, Managing Partner and Vice President: Ms. Grueva has been a vital part of the LMS team since the company’s inception. Prior to her career with LMS, Ms. Grueva served as a District Manager of a successful restaurant franchise throughout her college career while working on a State Senate’s campaign. Her dedication to LMS has resulted in the successful negotiations and closings of hundreds of homeowners’ short sales. Ms. Grueva graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations, Transitional Politics and Law, as well as a degree in Psychology with a concentration of Abnormal Child Development.

Peter Severance, Case Manager: Peter joined the LMS team in October of 2012 as a Client Coordinator. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maryland: Baltimore County with a degree in Financial Economics and has become a very valuable part of the LMS team. He became a member of the management staff in February 2013 and has continued to help the company improve their operations and facilitate successful short sales for many homeowners.

Kendall Manges, Senior Closing Manager: Ms. Manges has been with LMS since the company’s early beginnings; she has extensive experience with all aspects of the short sale process. She has experience as an elementary school teacher in the Baltimore City School System, and graduated from Shippensburg University with a degree in Elementary Education.
